Miso soup is one of the basic and everyday-meal for Japanese people. When you have dashi ready, we don't need a lot of time and effort to make ;)

If you have left-over vegetables in your fridge, you can add them too!! There are thousands of arranges for miso soup, and almost every house has "mom's taste (the taste that one's mom always make)" <3


Ingredients
Dashi
1L
(If you didn't have enough dashi, you can add water) ←but don't add too much, otherwise you won't feel enough umami from dashi!!
Miso paste2-3 tablespoons
*Tofu (bean curd) 300-400g (1 pack)
*Dried wakame
2-3g
For the ingredients with *, you can change them into your favorite ingredients!!

1. Put the dashi stock in a pot and heat it.

2. Cut the tofu into 1.5 to 2 cm cubes and add it after the dashi stock has boiled.

3. Put dried wakame.

4. Stop heating after it boiled again.  Put miso paste on a ladle and start dissolving with a small amount of dashi.

5. After the miso paste is dissolved, mix with the rest of the dashi. And it's ready to serve!!
